Normal package: No tracking number and parcel will be sent to letterbox.
Registered package: A tracking number will be emailed once item is shipped and parcel will be sent to letterbox.

Exchanges & Returns
1) Please note that exchanges and returns are done on a case-to-case basis. Exchanges for size/colour will not be entertained.
2) In case of item defects, kindly email us at email@example.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly.
3) All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unused with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
4) Colours shown may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). Thus, no refunds/exchanges will be made.
5) Measurements stated are measured to the best accuracy.
The following reasons will NOT be considered for exchange/return:
1) Actual item’s design/colour deviates from buyer’s personal perception.
2) Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are not obvious under normal lighting, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment of seams, or any other reasons that are similar in effect. In general, ‘defects’ that do not affect the general outlook of the product will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
